''My preference is not to dilute with an equity raise''

O/K, If you don't need the coin, why dilute ?.---  That being said ,there must be 2 definitions of the word ''dilution''.---  Excersizing cheap .12 c options seems to be a form of dilution .---  Better still, any capital market participant would  ''pay more'' per share  ,and we would get more cash in kitty than what we get with 500000 cheap options excersized. ----Fine, the options were assigned previous to today. --- O/K ,you got your 1 million bonus, let's  buck up and  buy 1 share over the counter for each option excersized.  Weighted average  : Would be  .66(current) + .12option, = (.39)---      The weighted average of .39 still seems very attractive to me . Tell me 1 investor anywhere, retail, or otherwise, that would not like .39/share . -----  Just sayin.
