What has me scratching my head today are these questions
why give the early guidance, building up shareholder expectations?
why release before market open? That normally suggests management is expecting a positive market reaction.
why release before Christmas? They could have waited a week and released after the holiday and after market close. But they didn't.
it's almost as if management believes the Y24 was very good for GSI. Or am I missing something obvious?

Now we know the answer to why insiders weren't buying any shares at market. They knew the blood letting was going to happen. The way it's going it could hit 25 cents yet. Probably time for Doug to give himself another big bonus. He probably doesn't understand why people aren't reading between the lines

All good points davewho. I thought it was a full moon that made people go loopy, but it must be the Winter Solstice which arrives tomorow at 5:20 AM. All in this has been a terrific year!

FWIW, Money Mark said rev meet expectations given it was pre-announced but expenses were higher, but doesn't believe it warrants a 18% drop in the share price, hopefully they do better next quarter, rev looked pretty good
