wow 1.336 million shares offered at 10c....are insiders holding the stock here for a potential massive dilutive financing....or someone bailing out for lack ony type of news.....

Interesting sw248.  I wonder if you are on to something as each director is required to hold $100K of GSP shares, etc. in order to sit on the board. 1 million plus shares for sale at .10 cents covers that, and with more than 300,000 shares already trading hands in the first 30 minutes it is unusual considering the last few weeks trading patterns I guess we will have to wait and see if there ...more

I really don't know MJB.....almost 500 million shares outstanding...no revenue...no work program announced to my knowledge...no non dilutive financing announced....no joint ventures announced....no announced way how the current liablities of close to $12 million will be paid......but I'm certain Management salaries are currently be met...what's going on ???....how long does this saga ...more

sw248, I havent given up hope for this little potash hopeful company, as there are still options out there. The Padcom mine was initially producing potash shortly after the cavern was established and the cost to get to that point was very little comparatively speaking as they were on a really tight buget. So doesnt Gsp call up the folks who got that mine up and running and get them to duplicate ...more
