Some of the senior employees felt that they could do a better job on their own, and left. They were very naughty and took with them what they should not. The remaining senior employees punished the departed senior employees, who admitted the error of their ways, but still felt that they could do better on their own. The remaining senior employees were actually quite sad after the departure of the naughty senior employees, and never did manage to find people to replace them. The remaining senior employees struggled without the naughty senior employees, eventually leading to big changes, while the naughty senior employees, having found new confidence in their ability to build a new, successful medical technology company, lived happily ever after.
