Time for a Reliq class action law suit?

Key highlights from the class-action lawsuit filed against LION Electric (LEV).
 
LION Electric is accused of hiding facts from investors.
 
LION Electric is accused of misleading investors by placing the logo of companies on a publicity.  Molson Coors, Agropur and Ecomaine logos appear on one LION Electric publicity even though none of these companies intended to purchase electric trucks from LION Electric.
 
Most orders on the books for trucks were not backup with a deposit and clients had no obligations to buy.   
 
LION Electric failed to share with investor that many contracts were never realized as advertised.
 
LION Electric is accused of remaining optimistic even though the company was heading towards bankruptcy.
