So looks like we'll get our "Metal" GWM shares first and then after jumping through some regulator hoops the Gold shares thereafter.  Hopefully all the cash and shares will be distributed sooner than later - sounds like they are on track. Happy last day of trading on GWY!

we'll likely get both spinco shares at the same time..we are sahreholders in both even though GGold will be a private co longer..and there won't be a market for them as qucikly as GM.
