RE:private placementI think that statement pretty much explains their intent.. Now how much is actually behind it is to be seen.
The thing that I think needs to be looked at in conjunction with this companies performance and SP performance is a comparison with both the entire TSXV and more specifically all the other HE companies.
Now almost everything in the TSXV has been destroyed for months and almost years now. And the entire HE field except Pulsar (which still seems way to good to be true) has been brutalized... So comparing them to the field they haven't performed much worse. Did they make some blunders in doing things and not doing things that haven't helped, yes IMO.
Can things turn and start a march up, also yes IMO.
