2 court docs say that both cases in Florida are settled. I would assume Delaware is as well but we dont know. This is huge news but we really have to wait and see what the terms are. I can only assume it includes the end of the amended agreement and the return of our data. These are the important points so stay tuned and let's hope for the best!

Fantastic news but uncertainty still exists and as a result the stock price is still depressed. I’m hoping for the best along with many others under water.
