Doesn’t a stock have to be $3 or $4 to be on nasdaq?

yes and to answer your next question there will be a reverse split to meet the criteria

I hope they dont do the reverse split just to go to NASDAQ.. We will hit the target eventually or wait till we hit $1+ before doing itGLTA
