EXCELLENT PURCHASE!

HITI picks up a friendly, profitable, and fully developed entity, that is very ready to grow its German
footprint.
(customer demand is outpacing supply thanks to the Medical requirments of Germany)

Good central launching pad for other Euro. countriies to see. learn and hop on board!
Both sides agree that the purchase can willingly be expanded over time.

Annual report s/b out next week ?   Stock should walk by $5.00 by Feb. 1st.

Omg, I was hoping HITI would find a way into medical MJ. and now they have. This is an important step that not only gets us into Europe, it will pad the bottom line nicely. Well ,done Raj, HITI is on their way to the top!
