@kensin to further your statement . the fly in the ointment is US property rights as written in their constitution in reguards coins but most difficult to regulate are the NFTs . NFTs are to blockchain as any other Art work is to a collector . Any attack on NFTs is an attack or infringement  upon  all levels of the art world . China could only get away with criminalizing blockchain
