Dropped down to 11.05% only to jump to 11.44% that's an all time high . They have indeed been scoping up weak hands on the dips . Do they know more than us retail investors? Do they have better DD than we do ? You betcha .

Institutional ownership is showing up again today from Friday's jump to 11.44% to 11.45% . It's strange to see it going up on a Saturday.
