Going Private at $1.12 Cash + 1.41 TUS Shares

Going private at a fair price, thanks Bob Lamond. I look forward to owning TUS shares, a local heavy oil producer. As oil gets back to $80 in 2017-2018, the industry will stabilize and prosper.

So much cash...Book getting closer to $ 3.00

Hopefully they will keep selling off their non-core investments now that the market is still high. Could be almost a triple from here once they finish selling.
