here. And they are being mindful about returning capital to shareholder.. But given the NAV per share, I would like to focus on share buy back vs special dividend. I realize they are hamstrung to only 10% buy back by conventional ncib. One would think given that they are so highly taxable, that an astute third party either public or private with a pile of tax credits would buy them out.

Dont believe maximizing the NCIB is a priority. They purchased just over 1M shares in Q1 & Q2 combined. Certainly not on pace to purchase the 8M+ shares allowable under the NCIB. However, the stock price has been gaining since they announced the special div so they are attacting new group of investors.
