TD Advanced dashboard

Is anyone else having issues with their TD dashboard.  No data what so ever besides the current price...0 ask/ 0 bid and 0 depth.  And that is for my whole board not just HPQ.  On hold with them but thought I would try here as will take over an hour on the phone waiting...TIA

TD account is fine..had trouble in the past a real hassle to get thru to them...
