Of course constant bash.   Bernard stated clearly he is in deep discusions w Gov't entitities for grant/loans that GEN 4 can be partially or FULLY FUNDED.  Plus Fumed Silica industry leader is discussing possible partnership OR even buyout .   QRR can as well.  LONG AND STRONG HPQ!!!!!!!!!
