What is the form of partership with Novacium?
If at the end a customer buy one ton of that powder for 1000$. How much will go in HPQ hands?
Is this 50-50?

Where are these details published, especially the 20% shareholder holding full decision veto and the terms of the option? That's important. Thanks.

And if I remember correctly, Novacium was initially a partnership between 3 founders/shareholders. And HPQ becoming an equal partner would make them 25% and not 20%. But it doesn't have to be that way, you may be correct, I am just assuming based on simple math.

I believe this was the start. Not sure if terms have changed since then: https://batteryindustry.tech/hpq-silicon-partners-with-the-french-start-up-novacium/

Merci, but July 2022 has nothing to do with the structure today. Bernard should explain it in plain language during the next interview instead of repeating some background information about batteries for n-th time. I trust you will agree that it would be 5 mins well spent.

Disregard this part of my last post : "So yes HPQ ownership of Novacium should be more than 20%.For now the details of this partnership are somewhat unknown " It's 20% per June 21 2024 NR as stated by Mostlyserious. TOCKY8008
