also gave out on a few stocks not trading for long periods, but could not sell for tax loss as no trading  They are now trading and have new life, examples, are rfmk owned by Geli Holdings bought out buy Qcells, low was 0 now .0025 high .004 and still trading, also Mcet low 0 now .0012 both are trading in the millions, mcet now has a price target of $1.75  The case for stans is with 187mil shares, why did more not dump during the high in the past year and you only lose when you sell, only until stocks are delisted can you lose.  Just in the last month we have gained 1,000% and i am with Trickygame, something will happen with push or green energy and companies having to invest mega millions to produce and we do not with existing infrastructure. Trickygame is a potential millionare, we are up .0110 which should bring us up to .04 cad

I can't trade hre yet and the American shares (hreef) just hit a Golden Cross today so depending on how high it goes youre right. I emailed the OSC and they said a CTO cannot be lifted until the company files an application to have the CTO removed, brings its filing up to date and pays outstanding fees. They included a copy of the CTO in their reply and the company needed to file aduited

are you saying only us holds in hre will be tradeable in the future, if so we should buy us holdings now to cover our investment and take a gamble on hre rebounding

All I'm saying is we have to wait until the CTO is lifted to trade HRE but with the company being subject to an OSC review I think that means they applied to have the CTO removed and their filings are up to date so maybe the CTO will be removed soon. hopefully

why can candians not buy the us stock, is this due to the CTO hold

The company set up a committee recently. Section 5b states The Committee shall review with counsel the adequacy and effectiveness of the Corporation's procedures to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory responsibilities. I hope that means we can get everything in order to remove the CTO soon.
