When I emailed Boris back in Febuary about the Neon Mining offer he said the company was working on some real prospects and will announce the results in due course so there may be news coming in the future.

This issue appears to still be the mess it has been since the expropriation was announced years ago. The arbitration award was supposed to put the whole issue to rest. Stans/funders got around $25 mill and Krygyz got its properties back formally. However, there is no settlement. Different courts have done nothing to actually settle any monies awarded in this saga. Stans intends to negotiate for Kutessay II but I saw neon mining website they are going after it too. Technically from a legal standpoint, I believe  the licince should revert back to Stan's because the tribunal ruled the exproperation of the kutessay II mining licince illegal and the republic never contested it.
