A little selling doesn't necessarily bode trouble, in my opinion.  Even insiders need the occasional payday.   Everyone should make up his or her own mind, though. Best to everyone. Kermie

Put the pieces together.  Insider selling, while a financing is going on.  I bet the CEO is selling to buy shares in the financing.....probably with a warrant attached.  Company gets more cash, CEO gets more shares. I got filled at 5.5 cents, I am still confident in the company.  Anyone want to sell me shares cheaper than that?

Way to go, you just bought Stephen's shares at .055, now he can eat and have energy to dig us a mineral pit with a hand shovel and move this stock to the stratasphere. Load Up!!!
