Bad luck, but these guys can't stop and preserve cash because they have payments to Argonaugt upcoming. Also, have to spend at Unga and San Antonio.

They must spend a certain amount, which grows each year. But, the 8 year agreement signed in 2019 is past halfway. Unless Heliostar starts drilling soon, they're going to be done. Is the walk down in the stock manipulation so that someone gets a good deal on AP + Unga?
