update

i think it is time for an update. because management has never been any good at providing any information. i am not here to tout this POS either. but i think it is high time to discuss this thing and allow this thing to prosper. stock price is coming up off the lows of 11 cents or so. why? because there is some money in the kitty and the new jersey IPO of converted organics is ready to go at the end of the month. this should bring another 200 thousand into the kitty. chump change really, but on the right track. after back wages and the like there again will be nothing left. as ben said in the agm meeting, we've been here before. any ceo that allows a company to get to its last dollar like this, cannot run a company. iran and a couple others are back. could bring a big cheque. well see. what needs to happen. aside from the above. ben has to move on while continuing to provide consulting assistance. he has to stay away at arms length. he could be very useful in investor relations and could continue to help a new ceo with technology sales. underscore the word help. the vancouver plant has to operate at capacity. the evaporator has to be installed and brought to potential. there is a waste stream available at over 65 bucks a tonne, but they continue to take the freebies for research?? come on guys. as the plant has some upgrading to do, and some problem to fix, this needs to be done. money is needed. a full and true accounting of the biology of the end product has to be presented to shareholders by press release. management is scared to share. it's time to tell guys. this will help to increase shareholder value and a higher share price. after completing some of the milestones above, the company has to have sponsorship again. it needs to do a ligitimate financing. minimum of 5 million has to be raised. and of course at higher prices. the tory goverment is giving away money like no tomorrow for green tech. ibr is a huge candidate. walmart is getting into organics. the world is changing fast, and ibr has something here. it is time for shareholders to force change. demand change. shareholders have something here. why are we all so complacent to let this be run like a sub par koolaid stand? i encourage further debate, and encourage shareholders to get together, and force this very sub par management to get it right now. i do not want to sponsor the type of crap that people like "whiteguy" put on this system. i want intelligent answers to get this thing going. it has the potential to revolutionize agriculture, which relates to huge shareholder wealth. but for as long as this continues, this company will continue to deal from weakness, and we all know what that looks like at the end of the year.

Here, Here. It's about time. I agree. I would like to see some accountability. How about the company gives a press release, telling us all once and for all, about the positive results of its growth trials, and starts telling the world about the company. That would be a start.

Why do you write that IBR will only receive $200K or so from NJ? From what I've gor its: -9% of gross fertizer sales for 40 years. -$238,000 upon closing -$264,000 per MONTH for twelve months -PLUS equipment sales. Read it yourselves from the Converted Organics prospectus. "IBRC License Pursuant to a know-how license agreement dated July 15, 2003, as amended, IBRC granted us ...more

now that's what i'm talkin about. good information. i had no idea about the revenue stream of monthly installments. thank you so much for your insite. this might explain why the share price is moving higher at this time. don't you think, ibr should put out a press release, stating exactly what you just said, about the payment on closing, and the monthly $264 thousand? i think ...more

Fact. This is the site of the NJ plant. https://www.bayshorerecycling.com/directions.html "The plant will be located on leased property at Bayshore Recycling on Crows Mill Road in the township’s Keasbey section. The recycling plant can process up to 500 tons of fruit, vegetables, meat and fish a day from regional warehouses and restaurants. A process that incorporates bacteria and ...more
