Doing my DD - April 29th Sedar

I've been trying to find some software company that might see a Covid bump (Docusign in USA is one example). Trying to spot a Canadian version.

Looking over the Sedar info  When they say something like "Partnered with the Kentucky Bar Association in June 2019 to provide our encryption service to their members." does that mean all members of the KBA must use ID software?

Also I'm wondering who's buying that $500K worth of shares in April?

In theory the company should be seeing a bump in activity as people working from home need more secure communication via email etc.

TIA

SWIS is Canada based but licensed its technology from ...more
