Pfb corp purchase price multiple.

I owned Pfb corp when it was acquired for $24.1 a share. At the time, the trailing P/E multiple was ~ 10.5 and a price to sales multiple of slightly above 1. The company was acquired in late 2021.

Imaflex and Pfb corp are comparable due to similar input costs; namely, resin. In the last 12 months Imaflex has sales of $115.4 m compared to a market cap of ~ $89 m. Pfb was also in a strong net cash position at the time of purchase.

Imaflex current P/E ratio is ~ 8.76

Both P/S and P/E ratios for Imaflex are trading slightly below Pfb at time of acquisition but probably closer to par when you remove excess cash from PFB.
