Im Reposting this great post
all because trip step - came on the board yesterday
in what appears to be a attempt to crush the spirits of good shareholders
i find it odd he has never posted on this board before and has a new profile - no star rating
and was awfully quick to - burry the good post and crush the spirits of shareholders.
i have never seen so much resistance - on stock boards...
seems there are many out there that do not want companies to do good and prosper...
I have a tendency to want to support and root on a company...
yes.. I complain once in a while - but am always trying to remain positive...
no - I don't short stocks.... I want companies to do well...
call me a cheer leader - but at least I like seeing a company succeed
especially during these economic times... Which is incredible if a company does well...
so once again
here is river folks good conversation...
Now whether the news states an extension to the voting
i still like to hear - something good - in between - news - to keep my own hopes up and positive...
its good to read another posters take and conversation with the company
i give the benefit of the doubt - and beleive river folk is a good shareholder
thanks river folk for your encouraging posting....
River folks conversation....
Spoke with Peter Macy
He said that the Windy hill machines where on par with the EBITDA forcast but the integrity legal fees were the one time expenses that took a bite out of profits.
He sounded very upbeat and stated that the company maintained the end june forcast for the closing of integrity and financing.
The company would spend the 3rd quarter consolidating its assets to maximize margins and position itself for future expansion.
IMHO, PYD management is lining up all the ducks and will give us healthy returns.with a quarter of earnings the company could easily pursue a LOC to aggressivly expand further with no future dilution. aswell as renegotiate the current loan terms to more favorable rates
$11,000,000 ebitda annualized / 365 days = $30,137 a day in EBITDA or $2,750,000 quarterly
