As is it....

Company has excelled - I have no complaints accept - they should have designed a new ad - sweet and fancy - stating what they now own - in total - and an expectation of revenues...

Seeing an old ad - is not appealing - an ad that suggests the possibility of an acquisition...

and thats certainly - a huge difference from - the actual - of it's secured and a done deal. Very weak - on that aspect... And for what they're paying out in PR funds? Hmmm !

i don't know if this is the issue - but maybe I'm clearly wrong... I feel there's an outside force - not wanting PYD - to excel...  Fearful of their might and competion?  Who knows....

but what i do know - and others do too - is that the number of shares out vs PYD's present assets - doesn't compute - the valuation is way off.... And the stock in my opinion should be way up....

with all the weird trading going on... I can't help but think the above....

any other stock - would have jumped in price.... So.... Any on else care to offer their opinion?

and I'm basing this on - Mully's guestimate.... And no - not trying to say a right or wrong... But if the current shares out are factored in with what they now own - and will soon be having in revenue...
then - why is the stock not up?

which brings me to the real question - how are stocks valuated - after... Yes, after theyre first offered and listed on the exchanges? You know.... Like once the company begins to press news and advance....

yes I'm a newbie trader... And I always thought the market valuated stocks on their own - you know - helping stocks rise or lower - based on company performances.... If not the market - then what type of system is this - where the market doesn't valuate stocks?  - a free frawl?

please say it isn't so...

If the market doesn't valuate companies after their first listing.... Then it's traders - and from what I'm seeing... It makes perfect sense - what I've said above...

Al all I want to see is - investors rewarded along side of the companies successes...
A simple mural respect - of....
shareholders investing in companies - and shareholders gaining when the company grows and advances... This sort of penny trading - has somehow - bypassed the true long and devoted shareholders...

I say.... No more foreign trading.... All trades are on the TSX - period.
no more shorting stocks - eliminate this aspect - so companies can grow
no more day teading - this has ruined as much - and everything investing stands for.

Most importantly....
if a stock price moves.. It must first meet a specific  percentage of shares bought or sold - before the stock moves in any one direction....

If a stock is bought by traders in a volume of 100,000
then in order for that stock to move up again or down - 50,000 shares bought or sold would be needed to change the true mood of the markets...
It would eliminate so many problems... Especially lunch money trades -

lve seen other company stock trade in volumes of 500k (example) and the price hold strong all day... And out of no where a stink bid comes in.... And drops the stock - with just a few shares traded...
I say... What about the all day long strength of the stock - ?  Should a $10 trade with 200 shares  trump 500k shares?  Such a small amount should never trump the stock that traded strongly all day... But yet.. It happens... Far too often...

If the exchanges and markets adopted such policies to protect shareholders and companies...with the above ideas... the end result would be favourable trading grounds....  companies and true shareholders would have far less worries and not to mention volatility.

As i said in a previous post, the market only cares about ongoing company performance when evaluating any stock  This is the only reason for a stock to increase in value. End of story.
