Payday approaching

They have called a special meeting for August 15, but have not yet revealed the agenda.  That is typical of this company, to keep the public in the dark as long as possible.  There is a big opportunity for those who can see what's coming.

Hi, I bpought a small number of shares at 50 cents a while back. Any idea where the farm to be sold is? What's the size etc?
Comment by Tree2tree on Jun 30, 2023 10:57am
I am guessing they have already sold the farm, and now they are getting ready for a cash distribution.  You are going to do ok if you bought at 5o cents.

Proxy out, vote is to wind up co. Last crop sales netted 4.3 million, equipment 850k, and "one large farm" to be sold. Looks like over $2.50 a share min.

With $1,600,000 in administrative expenses for the first 9 months, I find your results calculations very optimistic. With asset sales failing to meet fees and expenses, administrative costs will continue to erode the net value of your shares. If $2.50 is a realistic value per share for you, $0 is just as much. Time is against you, don't forget that. It's a risky bet, in my opinion.

So much for zero. $2.25 cash for the patient.
