20,000,000

That is the number of shares that will become free trading shortly from the financing that was done about 3 months ago. Do you think that when some broker and his clients that suddenly have free trading shares in their accounts that were bought at .10c and the stock is at .20c and there are 20 million of these share holders all at the same time....you think they aren't all going to be in a race to hit the bid? This stock will go to .12c in less than a month just watch. would make a great short if ya could.

Talk you are totally correct,if they don't get this deal done this will be a .12 stock. That is what scares me about these guys.To many deals & to much on the go.Fipke does a piss poor job of running his public companies & so does his friend Miss Mcdonald.

While I understand the concept of dilution of a share price, Could anyone explain a bit more about this 'deal making' business to me? What are the deals that are going on? Why are Fipke's public companys run so poorly? Thanks in advance, Fattums
