I think we have to be thankful for only 5 miilion placement at this price. I'm sure we need the funds near term and with a little luck, we will move up significantly before the next fundraiser.

There is a number of warrants that are still outstanding at .10 and also .20 cents. This means: 1)If IIE can maintain a share price above .10 cents for more than 20 days in a one month period, then that is more money that the company can receive for the purchase of the .10 cent warrants. 2) If the stock trades above a .20 cent share price for more than 20 days, then there is about 2 ...more

Hi Wadeja, I agree its no surprise that a financing was announced today – however, I was worried it was going to be a lot larger. I think the ladder of warrants is interesting. (Tomorrow I will review all exercised and outstanding) I attended the AGM and took away a few control issues with the sale of the Botavi property. Maybe finally they hit some nice kimberlites and we become the next STA ? I think today I will buy some more at 5 cents. I can't believe it is trading so cheap what a joke. I guess a lot of investors got spooked of US recession and dumped their shares. Art

Hi Tommer, A lot of us have been waiting patiently for a long time for this day.
