I hold several private co. shares in my brokerage account. Mostly spin-outs from public co.s I hold. Patience is required until they eventually list and trade one day.

I'm not sure what the long term intent is but in the last business update, they said your shares will stay in your brokerage account if your bank alllows it. Failing that, I think they said there

correction:  I expect the co. to convert all SV shares to PV shares by doing a 1-for-100 exchange. (not "consolidation")

So, woth the shares and the warrants exercised, they are looking at about 40% dilution.

The co. is going private until it is generating revenues and cash flow. It will continue to make public filings. I doubt the SV shares will trade for long on pink sheets after TSXV delisting. I expect

I just stumbled across this company. what is going on?  They said they had access up to 100 million dollars and were thinking of uplisting to nasdq. Now, they are getting 10 million but only
