Absolutely. This better be the last share issue. No need IMO. Especially with the cash position of ipt already. Let's hope they use the money to reopen the care and maintenance mill to increase output. With a sustained $30 plus silver price ipt is going to fly;

What cash position? They burned it all and behaving more like an explorer than a producer

That was last year. They are burning cash like drunken sailors. Why did they just raised another $8 million

The old saying you have to spend money to make money is very true here. Fred knows spending money on further mine development wil pay huge dividends. Silver charts are screaming breakout.

I think you're right. I don't like the dilution at these prices either. But if the money is used to reopen the c &m mill. Increase throughput and capacity. It will only be good for the share price later down the road.

Silver price broke the $30 barrier - check; management cashed up to the gills - check. The only missing part is execution. The ball is in ther management corner.. They need to execute and execute fast. My concern is that because of the bloated share float, MC of $350 million they achived in 2013 will only gets us to $1, so a lame SP potential from the current S*** price

Management repeatedly stated they can get a mid-tier producer status. But that calls for 4 to 5 million ounces of silver equivalent. Not sure how realistic is that given that Fred has a history of misrepresenting things on the ground.

Had shares of Impact long ago, seems nothing has changed, Cost per production tonne is $130.58 ASM cost is $ 55 per tonne and production should rise to 8M oz Ag Eq/year, grade should be 1,5x of Impact, now compare mkt caps, wonder who has bought shares in PP, also warrants attached will dilutte further....glta who sees value here

who sees value here? Management, obviously. Then the promoters, insiders and close clique of management's friends feasting on free warrants and options.

Of course those warrants and options aren't worth much if the share price stays down. It would be like shooting yourself in the foot. Surely management has to see that share dilution is not to their benefit and if shareholders are screwed by management, then the share price will just languish at best.

I also don't understand this. I wanted to buy more but saw that they are dilutting the piggy even more. Altough they have cash in the bank. They should stop printing shares - this is hurting the shareprice very much

Yes they are diluting, but this pig will get fat and very rich.

Silver is moving much higher and Impact is in the perfect position production wise to do extremely well. I hope you are not listening to dumb Mike on smart investment, a sure way to lose money. The CEO of Impact Silver has credentials. Maybe big mouth Mike could post his.
