JPIM.v acquires Cartika

JPIM.v is set to acquire Cartika Internet Solutions Provider Inc. (a full-service IT infrastructure provider). Reading more about Cartika makes me think this might be a great move for JPIM - the former reported 95% in recurring revenues just last year https://finance.yahoo.com/news/jasper-acquire-cartika-expanding-managed-214500834.html

Reads like a high value deal to me, JPIM expects it will contribute significantly to their revenues
