There are so many shorts,that if one of these funds decide to buy 200 million shares ,it could be at 42 cents fast. Copper mining has slowed or stopped in some places due to pricing  and the fact that cobalt is a major by product, it could cause a shortage of cobalt. We are ready the second there is demand. Get ready ,it's coming .These three are all in,and they know there trade.Sooner then later, Good Luck

Jervois has 37M shorts yes, but 2.08 Billion shares, so actually under 2% Shorts. Short interest below 10% indicates *strong* positive sentiment. Short interest as a percentage of float above 10% is fairly high, indicating significant pessimistic sentiment. Short interest as a percentage of float above 20% is extremely high.
