The Rare Earth Security Activities Program

$127 Million is still on the table. Applications were submitted beginning in early 2023. I am going to go out on a limb and say that it is fair to assume that JRV applied for some of this grant.
 
It should be about time for DOE to begin issuing awards.  Especially with Chinese rare earth "state ownership" rules taking effect on October 1st. i have my fingers crossed fingers and toes crossed.
