RE:RE:Jemtec announce the lost of Nova Scotia contractThe business should be based on an asset valuation.  JTC is rich in current assets w/ it mostly consisting of cash.  Minimal debt.  They are seeking an acquis or merger.  The loss of NS contract is immaterial as they will continue to lose $ unless the solgen contract is numerically replaced.

If you can buy this business for a discount to net value you'll have minimal risk of losing money.
