Reporting Deadlines

I thought that cos. had to report financial within 3 mths of the end of the quarter.  Obviously I'm mistaken, or is this different for year ends?  Thanks.

I believe that comapnies on the venture exchange have until the end of April to report.We should see something soon.  Hoping that these guys have truned the corner out of the recession and have some pleasant surprises for us.-K
