Well by your posts you lack investor knowledge,so let me help you out here. Grant of options 900,000 $0.160 The options is a reward or incentive reward if they can get the share price way beyond .16 and if the company does they then can take up that option and cash out at much higher prices. HAHAHA!!! Let me inform you with the bit of knowledge you have on small caps. Grant options cannot be exercised immediately, as there is a minimum holding period. In addition, I can show you countless examples of small caps that have granted options and this one has never been exercised, because the price has remained below the strike price!!
