Please let me know if you ever see me making any mistakes and how I can do better. This is my first time as a CEO and I didn't join the Board here 2 years ago to do a hostile takeover like this, but I'm grateful for the opportunity. Read on for some more info. GLTA

1. Shares-for-debt
As of this week I have +10% of the company after converting debt to shares. Since the August takeover, I've been funding all activities with my own cash to a total of c $85K and that's now converted to stock. I spent my own money rather than the company money because I wanted to save the company cash for essential overhead (auditor fees, lawyer fees, exchange fees) and use my own money for exploration work.
