Selling off 10% of the wound care division is one avenue I wouldn't like them to follow, it is too early in the game.
On another side, acquiring a small skin care company/technology and then selling 10,20 and up to 30% of a new 'skin care' division would make a lot of sens to me. The skin care division could include 'the newly acquired' compamny or technology, the ACNE product(s) and the hair care products.
Any thoughts?
