Decision

The courts have ruled in favour of DSM. A good sign but I still think this will be months before they get back to work. I fear they will be out of money before they can finally proceed to mine again.

Other thoughts?

1st Step Minister to confirm DSM application for HAIB ....it will take a few weeks DSM to be refunded of all legal fees paid (this is part of the judgement) Will DSM restart work on HAIB or sell HAIB and move to Zambia We know DSM has a buyer for HAIB ....the Chinese co.
