Wow, what a screwjob Luxton and management pulled off for existing shareholders with their overpromising and underdelivering. With this US IPO low share price existing shareholders get heavily diluted, basically they are getting wiped out.. Of course no one in the management team will take responsibility for this disaster. They just move on as nothing happened and continue to get their paycheck and fill their pockets. A text book example of why you should probably not invest in the Canadian venture market.
