Someone getting out, markets have been weird lately and people selling oil plays out of fear, not realism. KYS, VUX, WCE, and several other oil stocks continue to get better from an asset standpoint, but the odd person just wants to take their money and run. It should all sort itself out this summer and the micro oil plays will reach new highs.
