Another wrong buy!

This one was another wrong buy of this season, knowing it doesn't have any potential to move above $1.5 with current property / results!  Really need to revisit all these and see what they do special, other than being getting the smell of a great property own by some good players in the area!

I am considering a write off too with this. No hard feelings though, as we can't get all our actions right!
