INSIDER PURCHASE 100,000 SHARES

Hello Everyone,

Whenever we see an insiderload up on 100,000 shares, you know we will rally and that there is material news coming.   Couple this with recent cross of 800,000 shares and, open buy of 100,000 shares and you know that smart money is loading up.

Here is info:

Jan 13/11 Jan 13/11 Moulds, Darren Direct Ownership Common Shares 10 - Acquisition in the public market 100,000

If an insider buys with material news coming, then he can go to jail.  This guy would have information not available to the market and should not be buying in that instance.  Management should be blacked out from any transactions during that time.  This is simpley a share purchase and I would not read anything into it.

Taxdemicco,  something seems a little fishy with your post.  You've shown a record of an insiderbuying 100k shares on the 13th... but you say nothing about an insider sell which occurred 5 days after. The insider sell... was for 2 million shares,  which makes it 20 times more important than the buy.  The priceis up almost 90% over the last 3 months... and this is pre-spud ...more
