Easy Quadruple to $1 by July 2011....

Hello Everyone,

Those buying at the 26 cent level can expect to make 400% return by 1st week of July 2011 on LFD.

My reasoning is very simple.

Stan Bharta, Ahmed, Soros and myself are shrewd investors.   We know how to recognize an opportunity.

The management of LFD is very smart.

They will not allow the July 75 cents 2011 warrants to expire worthless when they need these funds to drill their two holes and commence oil production.

I do understand that there are what we call momemtum traders out there.   When LFD pushed drilling out to June 2011, interest was lost in this stock since target was too far out.

LFD pushed this date outward so that it corresponds with several catylsts being:

a) VST logging results in June 2011
b) Passage of PSC contracts in June 2011
c) WZR logging results in June 2011

Each bullish news release will add momemtum so that stock price soars over the 75 cent limit and, heads over teh $ 1 per share figure where LFD can call in the warrants to exercise.  Rest assured that once we go over $ 1 per share it will stay there since LFD needs 20 days of stability before being able to call in the exercise warrants.

For the average investor, you need to think ahead of the herd if you are going to make some serious cash.   It appears the INT rally has now faded, so those with healthy gains can now load up here.

In May 2011 we will begin a rally that will stick and head our price upwards.

Given that LFD is a penny stock, it won't take much to drive to the $ 1 per share figure.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, BE SMART, LOAD UP ON LFD BEFORE THE RALLY BEGINS.   SELL SOME OF YOUR OTHER STOCKS TO ACCUMULATE A LARGE POSITION ON LFD.

I REPEAT THERE IS NO WAY THAT THE JULY 75 CENT WARRANTS EXPIRE WORTHLESS.

IF YOU WERE IN THEIR SHOES, WOULD YOU ALLOW THIS????

You are full of crap as usual.  Are you putting yourself in the same league as Stan Bharti and George Soros?  lol, funniest thing you have stated so far.

Scotia has a $.75 price target and Wellington has a $1.70 price target.

Please explain why if Soros is so interested and such a believer in LDF why he would want the price to go to $.75 for his warrants?  If he was truely interested he would be in discussions with management to do another PP at the current $.26-.28?  If he thinks this stock is going to the $100/share why pay $.75 when he could get the shares at 1/3 the price?

Hello Everyone,You are bringing forth a reasonable argument.   The issue does not relate to Soros but rather to LFD management, in particular with Mr. Stan Bharta.Stan Bharta become a billionaire by using a simple formula:a) Find a valuable asset that the market is unaware ofb) Obtain control of the company, this is keyc) Appoint management with experience for long term committmentd ...more

Been out of this stock for awhile but still looking for a good entry point ...Big Issue is, Longford like Vast have a history of not delivering and got to hand it to good 40 as even tho I don't agree wholly with his analysis he has been more accurate than the useless maystealer ^& co ..Vast has been costly to me and imagined that out of the 2 fields, that qara dagh had the most potential ...more

Vast is beyond a joke ...they are still drilling for almost a year now & the share price has hit the 30's which say's to me that the likely billion barrel find is not going to happen.I don't understand why you say Vast is beyond a joke. The operator of the well is Niko. Any news release has to originate from Niko and be approved by the Kurdistan government. All Vast does is pass ...more

That about sums up taxiboy's credibility, when he can't even get the main name right! Simply ludicrous to also state that insiders are aligned with shareholders. This is the main problem with lfd (and Vast), these guys are not looking out for best interest of the small shareholders. New financing means more dilution, but insiders have knack of issuing themselves new options to cover their ...more

BuzzIMHO...most exploratory first wells are drilled in the tops of anticlines so as to penitrate all potential zones. The flanks are drilled after testing as many zones as possible. The flanks will miss the bulk of the stacked zones.Appraisal wells there after ...go for the sweet spots.Wildcat wells are not drilled for appraisal or production.   Baz
