BUYOUT OF LFD BY VST?

Hello Everyone,

If VST announces a MAJOR OIL DISCOVERY, say in the 6,000 BPD, it would make sense that VST will look towards a possible BUYOUT of LFD.

I would expect that VST would soar to $ 1.50 based on this find (ie: a $ 300 million value).   

LFD could be offered .60 shares for each 1 share of VST or, 80 cents per share.    I think most shareholders would be ok with it whom purchase stock at 24 cents.

If this offer does work out, look for it to materialize shortly after hitting major oil discovery, so end of June 2011 or early July 2011.   A three week period for a 300% possible return.

:::........and intends to BUY OUT LFD...........IMHOVST will have to dodge a BUY OUT BY MR.SOROS FIRST.....OR.....SOROS  will be scarfing up  both VST &  LFD as I type! Be not surprised "IF VAST DOES HIT"   and IT IS then RPTD NOT LONG AFTER THAT SOROS OWNS CONTROLLING  INTEREST OF VST! IMHO, the  last "ODD PP" was all Mr. Soros bit
