why are they all taking a termination pay?  the company (lfd) is not folding up and going away.  they will have like $20M cash in lfd after they pay the special dividend. seems to me they are only resigning because they have a very clear path for the future of lfd. a path that has not yet been fully disclosed to shareholders.  they dont have to resign.  in fact it would be ...more
