Take the dividend and liquidate the company

With all the different scenarios and the money that has been lost by me and other shareholders I come to the conclusion and take the dividend and initiate a vote to dissolve the company and get whatever is left. Speculating in Africa will just keep these guys in Longford in jobs and it will just lead to alot of dissolution in the future.
