Possibility

First , I am not a lawyer. I am an investor and shareholder like you. The recent strong accumulation of LFD shares of LFD by Salida Capital could mean one more thing. Salida might want to solicit

another higher bid, from Genel or another company. If I understand correctly, the initial deal is to reach an agreement from shareholders before March the 1st. However the deadline has been extended to May.

which means if there is another higher bid comes along, which is still meet the requirement of the deal. The only way  to do it is Salida obtain 25 % of the shares and get another  bid.say 100 millions. The  deal has to be approved by shareholders , the Secuity Commission, and the  Kurdistan Government.

If that is  the case, the new bid satisfy shareholders interest more than the previous deal.

The cons of LFD never had any intention of getting another bid because it was not to their interest.

All they want is to sifon millions of dollars  to their  own pockets. The new bid money however will go to every shareholders.  Can any reader check out if all the buyings ccame from Ssalid Capital lately. If that is true  that will prove my theory.  I hope  it is their intention as I predicted. Comment from all posters please.
