With all those big oil companies ready to move in. Exxon, Total , Genel, we , LFD got a deal with less han we put in. I felt cheated with my holding of LFD. We should be getting more than  the lousy 21 cents per share. Not only that, half of that cash is still stucked under the control of those con artists. I just wish before May something will happen and change the course.

Darn right Dreamer.  Not only should LFD renegotiate and get double. But they should also get a premium for having proven reserves.

LFD management practcally sold shareholders out in this deal however they had no shame of keeping  bonus and money for themselves, all  without shareholders approval.Is  their behavior or action  is legal? To me , it is the same  as  they stole  company's money without being fear of arrest.  Who could stop them, no one ! Only big shareholders such as
